Transport, Liability, Insurance

The participant bears all costs for the delivery of the products to the jury meeting and the exhibition. If you wish a return shipment ensure that the packaging is reusable. All submissions that have failed to receive an award will be packed and returned by freight collect shipping, either by mail or by courier service. Shipping in foreign countries is only carried out by freight collect shipping by courier service.

Award-winning submissions will be returned at the expense of the applicant after the MATERIALICA Design Show by courier service or mail, instructed from the organiser.

Please inform the Organiser Wengmann + Rattan before delivery, if you have any products that are large, heavy or bulky. Especially large and bulky submissions must be dismantled, packed and returned by the applicant.

The participant is responsible for possible damages or additional costs. The organiser does not offer insurance policies fort he sent in products. We propose the participants to contract a transport and exhibition insurance themselves - especially for transport, damage and theft.

To avoid problems with customs, please choose a product price less than 50 EURO on the shipping bill. Also, please note "Sample for MATERIALICA Award - Not for sale" on the shipping bill.
